I will be teaching a new course: Automated Transport Regulation Clinic
What does it take to put an automated vehicle on the road — from a legal perspective? In the 2026/2027 academic year, I will be teaching a new elective course, the Automated Transport Regulation Clinic, at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University Bratislava.

Together with my students, I will explore a practical case involving the testing and operation of automated vehicles. Working as a small team, we will examine which rules apply, who is responsible for what, and which issues need to be resolved before operations can begin.
I want students to experience turning legal analysis into practical recommendations. Their work will culminate in a joint legal and regulatory readiness report. I look forward to the discussions and questions this new course will bring. I will share more details soon.
