Automated Transport Regulation Clinic

Exploring automated transport law through practical cases.

About the course

In the 2026/2027 academic year, I will teach the elective Automated Transport Regulation Clinic at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University Bratislava. Together with my students, I will explore the legal issues surrounding the testing and operation of automated vehicles.

Working as a small team on a shared technology and regulation case, we will connect legal research with analysis of liability and the roles of different actors. Students will develop practical recommendations in a joint legal and regulatory readiness report.

Lecturer: doc. JUDr. Jozef Andraško, PhD.

The course is taught at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University Bratislava. This page is part of my personal professional and scholarly project, ROAT Observatory.
