Summary: Slovakia’s Road Traffic Act regulates road-traffic rules, rights and duties of road users, vehicle driving, public-administration competences, vehicle registration and offences. Its current framework also contains selected rules relevant to automated mobility, including human supervision, takeover duties and specific treatment of automated delivery vehicles.
Význam: It is the primary Slovak source for the traffic-law obligations that automated vehicles and their human or organisational actors must satisfy during testing and deployment.
