- Published amendment extending Slovakia’s framework for introducing and using automated vehicles. Adopted on 16 September 2026 and promulgated on 9 October 2026. Article IV sets commencement on 1 December 2026. As of 16 October 2026, the Act has been promulgated but is not yet in force.
- Význam
- The promulgated text is the primary source for analysis of the new framework. Parliamentary print 1329 remains relevant to legislative history, but must not substitute for the published Act. Commencement on 1 December 2026 must be distinguished from promulgation and from permission for a specific operation.
