Summary: Nariadenie upravuje prevádzku vozidiel kategórií M a N riadených osobou mimo vozidla. Vyžaduje povolenie KBA, schválenú prevádzkovú oblasť a splnenie požiadaviek na diaľkového vodiča.
Význam: Distinguishes a remote driver from technical supervision of an autonomous vehicle. Under § 3(2), the remotely driving person has driver status while driving or when required to drive.
