- Summary
- The rules distinguish an approved trial from an approved special use on roads and define the specified person as the person authorised by the Authority.
- Význam
- The route to operation requires distinguishing trial from use, identifying the authorisation holder and checking the conditions. Rule 9 empowers the Authority to impose conditions; it is not a universal safety-driver requirement. Recorder data must be kept at least three years from recording (rule 17). Trial or use records must be kept at least three years after authorisation expiry or cancellation, or longer as directed (rule 18).
