Séria 01 zavádza prideľovanie RXSWIN pri aktualizáciách softvéru relevantného pre typové schválenie a podmienku aktualizácie už registrovaných vozidiel schválených podľa série 01. Prechodné ustanovenia pracujú s dátumami 1. 9. 2028 a 1. 9. 2030; zachovávajú výnimku pre vozidlá, ktorých sa zmeny netýkajú, a predĺženia existujúcich schválení.
Treba čítať aj bod 78 písm. c) správy 1188: dopĺňa číslo série do dodatku 1 k prílohe 1 a v prílohe 4 nahrádza odkaz výslovným odkazom na sériu 01.
English explanation
The 01 series introduces RXSWIN assignment for updates to type-approval-relevant software and a condition for updating already registered vehicles approved to the 01 series. Transitional provisions use 1 September 2028 and 1 September 2030, preserving an exception for unaffected vehicles and extensions of existing approvals.
Read also report 1188, paragraph 78(c): it adds the series number to Appendix 1 to Annex 1 and an explicit reference to the 01 series in Annex 4.
