Summary: The AMA distinguishes the legal category of the device from a public path declared under section 6. Section 2 includes certain robotic machines within motor vehicles; section 66 governs exemptions.
Význam: Delivery robots are not automatically PMDs. A mechanised sweeper is, by definition, incapable of driving itself and must not be equated with an autonomous robosweeper.
