Draft v pripomienkovom konaní. Nejde o prijatú ani účinnú vyhlášku. Dátum 1. december 2026 v § 5 je iba navrhovanou účinnosťou. Limit desiatich vozidiel sa navrhuje pre súbežné monitorovanie, pri priamom diaľkovom vedení návrh pripúšťa len jedno vozidlo súčasne. Presný dátum predloženia nebol v tomto zázname overený.
